He requested that the GAO evaluate the HHS Healthy Marraige and Responsible Fatherhood Initative. The GAO report was sent to Rep. McDermott in September and contained many criticisms. I know that ATMP wants to end federal funding of marriage promotion. This is the guy who can help make that happen.
